Over the past 25 years, Dan has worked across the globe and invested in, started, and grown numerous companies. He has strong sector knowledge in industrial based businesses, construction systems and clean technologies.  

 

Dan has been involved in variety of mergers and acquisitions and structured over a $1 Billion in financings, both debt and equity during his years of investment banking and corporate finance. Firas is a civil engineer who founded Canadian Engineering Projects in 2007 in Saudi Arabia as a two man operation.  He grew the company to over 1,000 employees executing projects across the country for a variety of government ministries and select private clients.  

 

In 2015, he sold the Company and resettled with him family back in Canada.  

 

Firas works with our international investors who seek quality income producing assets. He is based in the Greater Toronto area (Mississauga).
